If you had scores from your previous GMAT tests and after Lu's tutroing you could not get a score that is higher than your previous scores, show me your official score report and you can either get the full refund or repeat your tutoring package with me till you get a higher score.

Scenario #2: You have not taken GMAT before.

If you have never taken GMAT before, then you can use either the score report from a GMAT diagnostic test offered by any test prep company or the result from a CAT of GMATPrep (TM), which can be downloaded freely from www.MBA.com.
